Ingredients (330g of waffles):
150ml Lp drink or Pro Zero
Egg replacer Orgran- 3 eggs (9g Orgran + 45ml water) or 1 quail egg
7 table spoons of sunflower oil
1 table spoon of sugar
15g baking powder
175g Damin flour
pinch of salt
1. If you choose a vegan alternative with egg substitute, first prepare the Orgran substitute for 3 eggs and beat it well, and in the second bowl prepare the other ingredients, which we then mix with the egg substitute and create a dough.
2. If you choose the recipe with quail egg, mix all the ingredients in one bowl and make a dough.
