50g Vegan mascarpone brand Schlagfix
2 drops of vanilla extract
120ml vegan whipped cream
Swan decoration:
Ichoc white chocolate
Ichoc brown chocolate
Swan's beak - white Ichoc chocolate with orange or red food coloring
Crown- decorative gold
Before applying the chocolate to the cream, it is necessary to let the chocolate cool in the freezer or refrigerator until it completely solidifies. If any part breaks, it is good to have eatible glue at home. (I'm going to order one after this decor attempt :))
