Ingredients: 2x dumpling 2x 450g
Mevalia flour- 200g = 34mg Phe
Loprofin bread mix- 300g = 21mg Phe
Fresh yeast - 16g = 112mg Phe
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Warm water - 350 ml
Sugar-1 teaspoon
Quail egg = 60mg Phe
Sunflower Oil for brushing after steaming
Calculation of Phe
227mg Phe both loaves (total 900g)
113mg Phe per 1 loaf of 450g
Method:
1. Make a dough from the ingredients listed, first of course we combine the flour mix with salt, and then add the yeast and lukewarm water. (make yeast from 100 ml of lukewarm water, a teaspoon of sugar and 16g of fresh yeast) Add the remaining 250 ml of lukewarm water while kneading the dough.
2. Leave the prepared dough to rise in a covered bowl for at least 30 minutes.
3. After 30 min rest, knead the dough and form 2 identical dumpling loaves from it.
4. Let the loaves rise for another 10 minutes.
5. Then let the dumplings steam for 15 minutes and do not open the pot during steaming process.
6. Brush the finished dumpling with oil and serve.
