Rice paper chips with jack fruitom and avocado dip




Ingredients


Rice paper (1 rice paper=6 rice paper chips)

Jack fruit (spices of your choice, we only use salt)

Avocado 1/2

Alpro vegan white yoghurt (125g)

Garlic (1 small clove)

Lime juice (1/2 lime)

Fresh tomatoes or your fav veg

Salt

Basil





Postup

1. Cut the rice paper into 6 equal slices.

2. Let the oil heat up in the pan while you prepare the avocado dip.

3. Mash the avocado in a bowl with a fork, add garlic, lime juice, a little bit of salt and whole alpro white yogurt and mix manually with a spoon or blend with a blender.

4. The oil must be 'boiling', if it is only warm, the chips will not be fried.

5. After frying, place the chips on a serviette to absorb as much excess oil as possible.

6. Prepare the jack fruit in a pan with olive oil, add salt or your favorite spices, add a little bit of water (30ml) and cook for about 5 to 8 minutes.

7. Place jack fruit on the rice chips, then tomatoes or other vegetables and avocado dip. Garnish with basil.
