Nachos:
Bezgluten tortilla
Spices: salt, turmeric, and sweet paprika mixed with oil
Guacamole:
1 avocado (111 mg phe/100g)
2 cherry tomatoes finally chopped
1/3 shallot finally chopped
1/2 lime or lemon juice
pinch of salt
You can also add fresh coriander and chilli if you'd like.
Guacamole is super simple, you just mash the avocado in a bowl with a fork and thoroughly mix all the other ingredients with it.
The method for making nachos in the oven is in the pictures below and bake in the oven on top and bottom heat for 5-6 min. These Oven Baked Nachos should be served right out of the oven.
The second option of the nachos preparation is to fry them in oil until golden and add the spices afterwards. Those fried in oil stay crispy longer and can be served later.
