Italian tomato soup with parmesan

Ingredients (1.2 liters = approx. 6 servings)
2x 400g cans of chopped tomatoes (Lidl brand 1.3/100g. 800g is calculated as 520mg Phe)
Onion
Garlic
Olive oil
Oregano
Handful of Basil
Parsley
Salt and black pepper
300-400ml of water
Bay leaf
1 tea spoon of honey

Cut the onion and add it to the hot olive oil in a pot and fry it until it softens.
Add chopped garlic and fry for a while together with the onion.
Add tomatoes, chopped basil and parsley, oregano, bay leaf, salt, ground black pepper and honey.
Pour water, about 300-400 ml, bring to a boil and let it cook for about 15 minutes.
Take a bay leaf out and mix well. Serve with parmesan and garnish with basil.
