Doughnuts

Ingredients:


220g Damin flour 100ml LP drink (warm 50 ml of LP drink for yeast and the rest 50ml lp drink when making a dough) 15g fresh yeast

2 tea spoons of sugar 1 quail egg 1 tea spoon of baking powder 1 table soon of sunflower oil

1 table spoon of apple vinegar 10g sour cream = I have used Slovak brand with 3g/100g

ichoc white or vegan milk chocolate

lemon zest


I doughnut is calculated at 15mg phe.



Process:


  1. We will start by mixing fresh yeast, 50ml warm LP drink and 1 tea spoon of sugar. In the second bowl, mix the rest of the ingredients, first flour, baking powder, + tea soon of sugar,warm 50ml of LP drink, 1 tea spoon of sour cream.

  2. Mix everything properly and make a nice dough.

  3. Dough has to rest in bowl at warm place arround 1 hour = it will double the size.

  4. After 1 hour, roll out the dough on a floured board and to be 1cm thick.


I have used tescoma tool below to make the same shape of all doughnuts:



5. When you have your dough in a shape of doughnuts, leave them to rise for another 15-20 minutes. They will rise nicely.


6. Fry doughnuts in oil from both sides until golden. Drain on paper towels.




7. You can get as creative as you want, I have used iChoc vegan chocolate to finish the decor. Bon Apettit.
