Dough:
20g fresh yeast
150g Damin flour
200g Mevália flour
200 ml Pro zero/LP drink
50g crystal sugar
50g butter
pinch od salt
Filling:
50g butter
3x cinnamon sugar
15g cardamon
Process:
Dissolve 20g of fresh yeast in 100ml warm milk and add 10g sugar.
In the second bowl, prepare flour, a pinch of salt, 40 g of sugar.
Add the yeast, the rest of the lukewarm milk (100ml) and 50g of sliced butter to the bowl with prepared ingredients.
4. Knead until a smooth dough is formed.
5. Leave the dough covered in a warm place for 1 hour in a warm place to double its size.
6. After an hour of resting, roll out the dough and put the filling on it.
7. Fold the dough from both sides and create a rectangle, which we cut into thin slices (see picture). I have put too much filling, so it runs out from a dough which shouldn't be the case :)
8. Make a knot from every slice.
9. Bake at 190 degrees until golden 15-20 minutes.
