Bear shape banana cakes


2 small soft bananas = 145 g (73.5 mg phe) 1 quail egg (60 mg phe) 150 g lowprotein Damin flour (10.5 mg phe) 60 g of powdered sugar 75g of melted butter 1 x vanilla sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla essence 1 teaspoon baking powder


Total of 144mg phe, total weight of the mixture before baking was 445g and 393g of baked bears = I got 12 small bears and one 144g kitten baked in a silicone mold. One 21g bear is alculated as 7mg phe


  1. Mix the quail egg with melted butter and sugar using a hand mixer.

  2. Then add mashed bananas to the mixture.

  3. Then add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.

  4. Grease the baking tins with fat (butter or oil) and then fill them with the mixture = only fill up the half of your forms as bears will grow quite significantly during a baking- they will double the size.



5. Bake at a temperature of 170 degrees using top and bottom heating program for about 15 minutes and then another 3 minutes using the program with a fan.
