Ingredients: (4 pancakes 280g=70g/one pancake)
110g Nutricia bread mix
140ml Pro Zero milk
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
1/2 tea spoon baking powder
1/2 tea spoon baking soda
20 ml sunflower oil
1 tsp vanilla essence
10 ml of apple vinegar
1 quail egg
Since the mentioned ingredients, apart from the quail egg, contain a minimum Phe, I count one pancake as 15mg of Phe.
Method:
Mix all the ingredients, preferably with a hand mixer.
For American pancakes, it is good to have a specialized pan so that they are cooked properly. I have a toaster ETA Sorento Plus 5151 90000, where there were also attachments for American pancakes (picture below).
Fry until golden on both sides with butter and serve :)
